Alexa Valentina Díaz Coronado holds a degree in Tourism and is part of the INICIO Real Estate team as both a real estate advisor and rental coordinator, where she combines her passion for hospitality, empathy, and human connection to create positive and authentic experiences for every client.

What she enjoys most about living in Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas is the connection to the ocean, the cultural diversity, and the warmth of the people that make the region such a unique place to live and share experiences.

One of her favorite areas is Bucerías, a community she loves for its peaceful atmosphere, picturesque charm, and the way it blends tradition with a modern and relaxed lifestyle.

Alexa is especially drawn to properties with unique architecture, functional design, and locations that allow people to fully enjoy the lifestyle of the bay. She believes spaces should provide comfort, harmony, and a true sense of well-being for those who live in them.

She describes herself as cheerful, positive, and approachable — someone who naturally tries to make others feel the same way. For Alexa, one of the most valuable aspects of working with clients is the trust they place in her to help guide them toward the best option for their lifestyle and personal needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys sports, staying active, and spending time in nature, activities that help her maintain balance and connection in her everyday life.
