Víctor Hugo Perea Contreras is part of the creative vision behind INICIO Real Estate, where he combines strategy, visual sensitivity, and human connection to build a real estate brand centered around people and the lifestyle of Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas.

He holds a degree in Business Innovation and Marketing from UTBB, completed studies in Film and 3D Animation at Universidad 3DMX (now UNIAT), and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sustainable Strategic Project Management.

His connection to Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas comes from the unique way nature and everyday life coexist throughout the region. He is especially drawn to places like Conchas Chinas, where mountains, jungle, rivers, and the ocean come together within a single landscape, as well as La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Bucerías, areas he considers true representations of the bay’s authentic essence.

Víctor is particularly inspired by spaces that blend the traditional architecture of old Vallarta with contemporary touches — homes that preserve identity, warmth, and harmony with the natural surroundings.

For him, working in real estate is about connecting with people, listening to their stories, and building genuine relationships. He believes life in this region offers a more human, relaxed, and fulfilling lifestyle, where nature, the ocean, and tranquility become part of everyday living.

Beyond marketing and real estate branding, he deeply enjoys cinema, anime, nature, and spending time with family. He is passionate about the way storytelling, music, and audiovisual design can evoke emotion and create meaningful experiences.

He describes himself as a passionate, creative, and highly driven person — someone who, once focused on a purpose, pursues it with determination until it becomes reality.
