Carlos Setgey Trujeque Navarrete holds a degree in Business Administration and is part of the leadership team at INICIO Real Estate, where he combines his role as Administration Director with his passion for real estate and meaningful human connection.

Deeply rooted in Puerto Vallarta, Carlos values the lifestyle the region offers — especially the ability to stay close to family while enjoying the unique balance between the ocean and the mountains. For him, the bay is much more than a tourist destination; it is a place filled with hidden beaches, scenic viewpoints, and authentic corners waiting to be discovered away from the crowds.

He describes himself as cheerful, curious, and adventurous. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, trail running, swimming, cycling, and long-distance bike touring. So far, within the region, we have not met another person originally from Puerto Vallarta who has traveled by bicycle all the way to Argentina — an experience that reflects his adventurous spirit, discipline, and passion for exploring the world from a different perspective.

Carlos is especially drawn to thoughtfully designed apartments, properties with functional amenities, and spaces where security allows people to enjoy everyday life with comfort and peace of mind.

For him, real estate is ultimately about people. He values genuine conversations with clients — listening to their stories, talking about travel, hobbies, and life experiences — creating authentic relationships that go far beyond a real estate transaction.
